Abhinav Dubey
CEO and CTO of Fuski Ventures, brings together solid tech experience and a sharp eye for building products that solve real problems. With a background in computer science and an MBA from University of Oxford, he’s worked across deep tech domains like semiconductors and IoT at companies like AMD and Honeywell. More importantly, he has been in the founder’s seat before—building and successfully exiting ventures, which gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to turn an idea into a functioning business. At Fuski, Abhinav drives the product roadmap and tech strategy, ensuring the platform isn’t just smart under the hood, but also intuitive for users. His ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution makes him a steady hand at the helm as the CEO.

Subhendu Mukherjee
The CMO, is a creative veteran who’s shaped some of the most memorable campaigns in the advertising world. With leadership stints at James Walter Thompson (JWT) and Leo Burnett, as well as a Cannes Lions Grand Prix to his name, he knows how to make ideas stick. Trained in digital strategy at Hyper Island, Sweden, he’s equally comfortable with data as he is with storytelling. At Fuski, Subhendu brings the brand to life, translating the abstract ideas behind cognitive skills into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both institutions and learners. He’s not just building visibility for Fuski, he’s helping define a whole new category in learning.

Ahana Mukherjee
Chief Research Officer, ensures that Fuski’s learning model is built on solid ground. With her background in pedagogy and certifications from Cambridge CIE, she brings a thoughtful, research-backed approach to how the platform develops and measures cognitive skills. Her work draws from educational psychology and classroom experience, which helps bridge the gap between theory and practice. At Fuski, she ensures that the activities, assessments, and learner journeys are evidence-based, meaningful, and tailored to how people learn and grow. She continuously collaborates with scientific experts for her work at Fuski.
Saumyajit Guha
Saumyajit Guha
Chief Business Officer, has spent years at the intersection of education, startups, and funding. With close to two decades of experience and an MBA from Exeter, he’s advised and managed investments in dozens of early-stage companies during his tenure with Calcutta Angels Network, PadUp and Vinners and helped build innovation programs at institutions like IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta. Saumyajit brings that network and know-how to Fuski, shaping its go-to-market strategy and building trusted relationships with academic and corporate partners. He’s also responsible for ensuring the business side of things, revenue, partnerships, and scaling, keeping pace with the product and vision.

Dr. Jai Ranjan Ram
He is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata, and Founder Director of the Mental Health Foundation, Kolkata. Trained at NIMHANS and the UK (MRCPsych, CCST in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry), he has over two decades of experience in clinical care, teaching, and community mental health. Dr. Ram has developed psychiatric services, designed academic programs, and led state-level initiatives to screen and support children with developmental disorders. He is an active researcher with international publications and a regular columnist working to destigmatize mental health. His work bridges clinical excellence, social impact, and mental health advocacy.

She is a Learning and Development Trainer, Psychologist, and Academic Researcher with experience across 40+ organizations. She has trained over 10,000 students and 3,000 professionals in communication, resilience, leadership, and mental health awareness. A registered practitioner with the WHO Global Clinical Practitioner’s Network and member of CPSI, she specializes in psychological interventions and structured coaching. Soubhagya designs impactful workshops for schools, corporates, and families, focusing on skill-building, emotional well-being, and personal growth. She actively collaborates with leading institutions and publishers to advance learning and development initiatives.
Dr. Sharmila Bandopadhyaya
Dr. Sharmila Bandopadhyaya
She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (MA #9633) specializing in child and adolescent mental health. She serves as the Clinical Director of Child and Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry, overseeing child, adolescent, and neurodevelopmental units, and directs inpatient child psychology training for psychology and psychiatry trainees. Her expertise spans acute and chronic youth mental health issues, youth violence, bullying, and parent support. Sharmila is also a national trainer with School Threat Assessment, LLC, guiding schools in assessing and managing youth threats of violence using CSTAG. She is passionate about fostering safe environments and advancing mental health education for the next generation of clinicians.

As Co-Founder & Managing Partner of SilverX Fund, he leads an INR 800Cr corpus focused on AI-first, deep-tech, and consumer tech startups, aligning directly with Fuski’s vision of evidence-based, AI-driven learning. Previously, he co-founded SucSEED Indovation Fund, where he invested in and managed about 60 startups across fintech, edtech, healthtech, SaaS, and digital economy sectors, giving him hands-on insight into the challenges and opportunities of education and technology ventures.
With personal investments in 20 companies and six successful exits, Dhiraj combines investor acumen with operational pragmatism. His earlier career as senior legal counsel across aviation, real estate, financial services, renewable energy, and media honed his expertise in IPOs, fundraising, cross-border investments, M&A, and compliance. This unique blend of legal rigor and venture capital experience makes him a valuable advisor to Fuski, helping us design scalable structures, strengthen investor relationships, and align our AI-first platform with long-term market opportunities.

Rana Dutta
Rana Dutta brings nearly three decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in building and scaling companies across technology and healthcare – expertise that directly supports Fuski’s mission of bridging education and industry through AI. He founded Movinture, Asia’s first Global Information Lifecycle Management company, and later scaled TDB from zero to 280 employees across three continents, serving 1,100+ customers. His journey also includes founding Tiyo, India’s first hyperconverged healthtech company, which became a leader in 16 markets and ranked among the top five nationally for three consecutive years. These experiences give Rana a sharp understanding of how to build resilient, scalable platforms in emerging sectors.
Today, Rana is building Quantum Tiger, a company designed to help humans outperform their potential with AI as a true companion – a philosophy that resonates strongly with Fuski’s vision. Alongside his ventures, he has trained nearly 5,000 CAs, engineers, and MBAs, reflecting his passion for teaching and mentoring. Anand is a product and business leader with nearly two decades of experience across technology and education. An MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), he is a two-time EdTech entrepreneur who co-founded Experts’ Global – one of India’s leading test-prep and admissions platforms. He later led product & business strategy and go-to-market teams at Google, helping launch and scale technology products globally.
Anand brings hands-on experience in building learner-centric products, scaling education businesses, and translating product vision into execution—expertise he now contributes as an advisor to Fuski.ai.

Hasnah brings deep expertise in understanding human decision-making. In other words, the psychological and cultural drivers that motivate people

Her career spans APAC and MENA markets, where she’s learned that
motivation isn’t universal, but deeply cultural. Working across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Qatar has given her insight into what drives behaviour across diverse audiences, moving beyond surface-level demographics to uncover what truly motivates people. She’s held roles as both Executive Creative Director and Head of Strategy, giving her a unique perspective on how strategic thinking and creative execution must work together.

Senior executive and non-executive director with a career spanning healthcare, technology, and corporate law. He brings a 360-degree perspective from leading within major corporate systems to building and scaling international ventures. Michael has held full P&L responsibility for a global technology company and has led complex commercial and legal transactions, including venture capital raises, funding structures, cross-border negotiations, and M&A work.
As a public health service director, Michael strengthens organisational governance, risk posture, and workforce strategy. He has also driven capital-efficient global expansion—scaling one venture across six countries with high margins and no marketing spend, and securing over 700 institutional agreements through an international joint venture. Senior Advisor to the Tata Trusts, a venture partner in Omnivore Ventures and an Independent Director of Gromax Agri Equipment Limited. Previously, Naga was the Managing Director of Mother Dairy, one of India’s largest dairy and food processing companies. From 2010 to 2017, he led the turnaround of Mother Dairy, growing revenues from INR 2900 crore to INR 7900 crore while restructuring the product portfolio and improving profitability. Before joining Mother Dairy, Naga was with Philips India, serving a variety of roles, including Head of Human Resources, Head of Consumer & Lifestyle Business, and Head of Consumer Electronics. Earlier in his career, he worked for various FMCG food companies in sales and marketing, including Joyco, Frito-Lay (PepsiCo), and Cadbury. Naga began his career with Nestle India as a Management Trainee in their Moga factory. He earned a B.Sc. in Dairy Technology from the SMC College of Dairy Science and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
